Drive & Shine

Since March 2020 I have been going to this location to get my vehicle washed since it’s close to my job. I decide to get the monthly special they offer because I was going more than three times and week. This Friday I was put onto the belt incorrectly and my vehicle stopped rolling on the belt causing the vehicle behind me to run into my vehicle. I had to place my vehicle into drive and drive out of the car wash. Once reported, I felt as if the associate thought I was lying about what had just taken place because of his response. The associate eventually offered a free detailing of my car. I had to laugh to myself. I decide to contact corporate and instead of corporate calling me back, they had the MANAGE of the location contact me. First thing he says, is my vehicle rolled back into the other vehicles, but he didn’t watch when I was placed on the belt. I would have known if my car was rolling back plus the other vehicle involved stated my vehicle never rolled back. The manager never once apologized or anything, he act as if he didn’t care about the incident.

Very clean place and I love the inside vacuum stations. Been going to Drive and shine for a few years.

I was a VIP member every since I purchased my car and never I had any issues with this car wash. I would take my car there daily if not every other day. Well Saturday I take my car and get it washed and the wash took the paint off my bumper. The employee viewed the camera and noticed what caused the paint to come my vehicle. Needless to say a report was made and I met with the area manager just to be told they will not cover the damage to my paint on my bumper yet faulting the dealership stating the paint on the car wasn’t done correctly. Note the car has never been repainted and it was the factory paint job. I never had any issues before with paint chipping or coming off my vehicle, yet remember I go there daily if not every other day. I am very unhappy with the treatment I was given in regards to the damages to my vehicle considering my vehicle is a show vehicle. The area manager was not trying to work with me or hear me out on my concerns but yet instead aimed to place blame on myself or elsewhere as to how the damage occurred when in fact it had taken place at their place of business. Be careful taking your cars here for services due to them not covering damages. I since cancelled all my VIP MEMBERSHIPS for all my vehicles as well as any car club I’m associated with and vehicles that are sponsored by the same companies I am sponsored by. BEWARE WASH YOUR CAR THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
