Always has the parts I need. Good COVID practice as mask must be on. Store is a bit cluttered, but Good people and products.
Visited there today, 9/23/2020, around 1:45 PM. Needed my rear windshield wiper replaced. Staff member with two stars tattooed on his neck snapped off the hook that holds the wiper while taking the wiper off. Saw him telling the other coworkers behind the çounter that he broke off the part, but they all pretended I wasn't even standing there. Came to find out I have to get this part replaced at a dealership. Staff member handed me the part, said they couldn't do anything, didn't even acknowledge that he damaged the part or even apologized for doing so, and then walked away. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Now I'm probably going to have to pay to have the entire windshield wiper replaced because the wiper itself will not latch on due to the broken hook.
Horrible customer service. No books out on the shelves so you can look up a part yourself. There was one guy at the counter having trouble finding something for a customer and what sounded like 3 other guys in the back cussing up a storm. Very unprofessional.
