Didn't add my fries on my order. I tell them at the window and pay for the fries. They have me park. They brought out my food without my fries. I had to call them and then wait for them to bring it out. Your only dealing with drive through traffic, time to bring your A game.
I asked to use the rest room. I was told no, that the told the lobby was closed. The door was open. I only wanted to use the rest room then go through the drive through to order. I left and went to Burger King.
Please remove the split drive through system if you're not going to put rails up from people cutting the line to drive to the outside line. No one knows how this system works. It was implemented terribly. It is causing more frustration than in your customers than is worth.
This McDonalds at this location is okay, pretty good service. Please dont go to McDonalds on 2206 S.Michigan Horrible service, employees walk with pants down showing draws. They dont wear there mask either. Just plain old Dirty place, employees are nasty.
They were fast and it was fresh.. Friendliness could improve
