I would like to thank Alex for rescuing me today as I was locked out of my house and live out in the country. He came out quickly and was able to unlock my door in no time. JC, the supervisor of the dispatch office, answered my phone call immediately. He was very directive and helpful. We got our car fixed within 45 minutes. He sent someone out quickly. And he was so kind and generous as well as understanding! He also checked in on us after to make sure we got it figured it out. Wouldn’t recommend a better service to anyone else! We are so appreciative of what he did and how quick he got it to us and our family!

I needed help to get my glove box open. Locksmith came to help, and said they were going to prop it open to get in and if that didn’t work, needed to drill into the keyhole to get in. After doing both those things and couldn’t get in, they then called their supervisor for help and googled how to get in, to find a way to get in where they didn’t have to completely destroy my glove box. Now I’m looking at hundreds of dollars to replace it. They also didn’t put down any cloth to catch metal shavings and left my car with a huge pile of metal shavings and metal shavings all over the car. I just detailed it, too. Be weary of contacting them. Not worth it, should have just gone to the dealership.
I was so relieved and happy to have the locksmith tech Robert come out and make me keys for my vehicle. My others will probably show up someday but meanwhile I am no longer keyless. Robert explained my options and he was quick to make them. I did research for my vehicle before I called and their price was in line with what I'd read. Thank you.
