Glenn (aka Jay) has helped me out....three times at this point? Lol. It’s safe to say I’ve made a pricey habit out of locking my keys in my car and each time I really hoped it would be the last time Glenn and I would see each other and then, wouldn’t ya know it, it would happen again. I’m ordering a spare key as I type this. Anyways! Their prices are reasonable, they get to you super quick, and are really kind, professional folks to work with. Highly recommend!
I swear I’ve never had roadside assistance like this before! They were so fast and beyond helpful! Definitely need more companies like them, but you can’t beat the PROS!! Thank you again guys! Got into my car to get my keys in less than an hour! Straight savages! Keep it up!!
We were stuck on hwy with a flat tire. With no way to change it. They fixed the tire in no time to get us on our way. Were very polite, courtous, fast at getting our tire taken care of. If I ever need help again I will ask for the PROS.nWill also them recommend to family & friends.Thanks again
Jay was awesome. He filled my tires. When charging the battery didn't work. He double charged my car, then charged through the alternator. Finally got it running. He answered all my questions. Gave me lots of information. Jay went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Jay and PROS Preferred Road Service!
