Aaron was great to work with! First company I called, the technician had some issues making a key for my car. Then I called Premier, Aaron came and was able to make me 2 keys for my Honda cut and programmed within 30 min. Definitely call these guys if you need any help with keys to your car.
We own an old house where the entryway door lock is a Mortise lock probably 100 years old. It started developing some issues and I figured it might be the best to just replace it. I called Premier Locksmith and Security, they sent a technician the same day and he was able to find a decent replacement lock that would fit and operate perfectly instead of the old one.
I use Premier Locksmith and Security all the time! I've had them at my home for locksmith services couple of times before and at my business installing new high security locks. The technician was always on time and did the work needed without any issues. Highly recommended!
Aaron was very helpful. We were having issues for weeks with a door at our home. I got referred to these guys by a friend who was using their services before. The technician came and was able to resolve the issue fairly quickly. A+ service, highly recommended.
Worst technician phone experience so far. Trying to get a quote on how much a residential lockout would be, told me $125 just to come out to my home. Called back to say that was too much for me and the technician gave me major attitude and said “good luck finding a lower price in the city”. Even if that’s true, the attitude set me off against their business forever.nnMaybe if I could get a estimate for a house call before the technician starts to come to my house, there wouldn’t be so much undeserved animosity. Either way, not cool.
