Had a pair of 15 year old Frye boots that needed to be resoled and patched up BADLY. They put a brand new heel on, polished them and somehow fixed the structure of the boot slightly so it doesn't sag as much. Totally reasonably priced, super quick turnaround and the nicest family staff.
Paul Jr. replaced my neighbor's handbag strap claps, which I inadvertently broke. He did a great job quickly at a reasonable price. Most of all, he was so polite!
