Best car buying experience I've ever had (and I've had many). I showed up unannounced to see a truck, and, although it was available, it was offsite as a loaner for a bit. Spencer went out of his way to arrange for me to see it ASAP, and the service level stayed at a high level throughout the entire transaction. For the truck I was interested in, it was in great shape. I did have some relatively minor concerns after my own inspection and looking at their internal repair records, but Spencer was quick to ask if I would like to discuss it with their certified service tech Shane. Shane was patient and helpful and educated me on a few things. Because I'm always a skeptic, so I was still uncertain of Shane's answers. For this particular issue, a quick Dr. Google search set me straight. Should've just trusted Shane to begin with. :) Like I said at the beginning ... honest business.nnIn addition, I learned much about their used vehicle purchasing/inspection/repair process, and with their awesome service department, they have a great process to get their used vehicles ready to sell.nnAs I said in the beginning ... buy from here.nnIf nothing else convinces you ... this will ... I always have the overwhelming urge to heat gun the dealer sticker off the vehicle after I buy it. I don't even want to, the dealer sticker stays on this one. :)

Found a vehicle on car gurus from Dobson Ford, reached out to a salesman. He was very pleasant and helpful. Met with him, bought it the next day. They are very professional and nice to work with. Had a issue with the brakes two weeks after buying it. They resolved the issue immediately, took care of it to our satisfaction. I will definitely recommend them and buy from them again.
