Utterly incapable of doing their job. Misfiled my information, only got a return of a fraction of what I was meant to get, and after going home, and filing myself with the aid of someone that actually knows how this works, I was able to not only get three times what this company claimed I would, but I didn't have to pay for it. TLDR: Totally incompetent, and you're better off filing on your own unless you want to deal with angry IRS agents because they tried to get you to tax dodge.

They used to sell fireworks here and I still like to come in every July 5th and try to get deals on fireworks and the lady behind the counter always acts like she doesn't know what's going on after asking for the third time I pretend like it's washing over me that they don't still sell fireworks there and they sell sexy taxes instead & I act like I'm waking from a long sad nap & I stumble back into the street.nnSometimes, it's not what you take, but what you give. That's the hard moral of taxes, children.
