Have gone twice. 1 day after the other. And both were great service,polite,kind,humble. Everybody did great service. The one that i was conversing with the most in a very quick manner was Will,we both had broken hand/wrist. And he understood where i was coming from because he was in my shoes some time ago. He allowed me to see that a place can run efficiently, courteous, yet NOT act like robots that are after 1 thing...my business/money.nBeing professional,courteous is one thing but to show me that you bleed red just like me is a whole different level.....An extra level... A person that goes above like everyone there. He just went beyond. That's the difference. I.nliked Valpo. My son is on active duty and and that's how i came about finding this place.I live nowhere near hear. I'm from South Hammond Indiana. But i will keep going the distance for an oil change so long as they keep everything the same.nThank you Will and the rest of the 5 minute team.

Super nice people. Very thorough and they even gave me a free car wash. I only went because I had to go next door to Blythe's, so I figured it would be nice just to stay in my car for an oil change, with the rona lurking out there. I was impressed. The guy and gal who serviced my car both took pride in their work. This is going to be my go-to oil change place from now on. Also, I got a 5 dollar off coupon emailed to me from their website before I went. They just scanned the coupon from my phone. Easy peasy. Keep up the good work! ud83dudc4d
The service was fast and all the technicians were super friendly. This place is expensive though, paid twice as much as I would have at my dealership where I usually get my oil changed. Unlike my dealership though, these guys didn't harass me for fifteen minutes about additional services for my vehicle, so that was really nice. I'll probably go here again.
