I started my family camping trip with a bulging tire on the motorhome. I wasn't far from Heinold and Feller and decided to call them via phone. I used them plenty of times in the past and have been always satisfied with their work. Once I had contacted them on the phone they said to come in, that they would be able to help me out. Once I got there (Mark) was amazing. He was able to get my motorhome up on the rack and changed the tires quickly. I went ahead and decided to get all 6 tires changed. Great staff, fast, and very happy with the customer service. Thanks again Heinold and Feller.
Heinold and Feller Tire has always been a great place to do business. As a former employee, I can honestly say that the owner Joe Feller is a great guy, who is honest and truly cares for people. He works hard to ensure he has a great staff that does their best to provide quality service and products at fair prices.
I love the staff! I feel like they are trustworthy and they do great work!
Great place to take your car. They are very up front and honest. I don't think I will ever take my car anywhere else. I also am impressed with the fact that they care about the customer and don't just treat you like another number. They are very professional and couldn't ask for better people to do business with.
