I attempted to conduct business with Mr and Mrs McEuen in a professional manner and Mrs McEuen who was or is the receptionist at that moment was very disrespectful and unstable. I do not want to be unprofessional here, but she literally couldnt handle the interaction and she escalated and didnt make any sense. Attorney Mr McEuen was professional and nothing negative to say, hence the 2 stars vs less.

I am in the Navy and while I was on deployment, my mom passed away.
