We had a gentlemen out for sewer service on a Saturday and was informed that he could not clear the clog. He explained that we needed to dig up the cleanout and to rod back into the house. He kindly knocked off a little of the payment. The employee that attempted to solve this issue worked hard, was professional, and tried.nnHowever, we were still charged emergency fees since it was a Saturday- $331. We sent a respectful email requesting some reimbursement since we didn't receive a completed service. Then the following Tuesday a man in a Maglish truck was driving slowly past my home and then sat parked on the street. He then knocked on my front door and introduced himself as Gary. He immediately started by saying how someone was out here. He never mentioned the email or the purpose of him being at my house. I finally asked if he was here to discuss the email. He said he saw the email and now has heard my side, but they did not do anything wrong. I explained that his employee tried to take care of the issue, but couldn't. He then said that I could have had him complete the job if I so chose to, but I said no. Therefore, the blame was put on me. After being blamed, I asked how long it would have taken to have his employer do the job. I was informed it would have taken 3-5 days in order to have someone out to fix. In the meantime, I was not able to flush or run any water.nnHonestly, I felt this situation was not handled or resolved in a professional way. I did not appreciate the unannounced visit from the rude employee. My fiance' later called to discuss the issue and the lady that took the call informed him that she just works there and that was the owner who showed up. To hear that it was the owner, I am very displeased with his unprofessional and rude approach to discuss the issue. I will not be recommending Maglish to any family or friend of mine.

These folks are terrific all the way from the initial call to the office to schedule maintenance to the actual service call. Tim and Frank called to confirm they were on their way. They were prompt, courteous and professional in every way. They are definitely our go to people for any future service. Thank you Maglish for being such a great dependable company that can be trusted!

Used them for the first time today, the two guys that came out were both great and super professional. Always had used Young Plumbing previously, but wanted to try a different company since Young seemed to always be way more expensive than what I would assume. Very happy with the service and price, will be using them going forward for any work I need done.

I called this morning for an appointment to repair my furnace before it got cold. Not only was the appointment for the same day, but Tim and Frank were there promptly. They were courteous and professional and explain to me what was wrong and they fixed it. They also were able to do a routine cleaning. We’re definitely going to call them again

The people are very nice, just don't expect to ever hear from them when you request an estimate. That way you won't be disappointed. Have had them out twice requesting an estimate and had to call them back several times before getting them back out 5 weeks later to complete the estimate and have never heard from them again.
