Love Bass Pro but absolutely disappointed to see Islamorada Fish House permanently closed
I went in a week ago and went upstairs to shoes and found a pair of shoes for my wife she would love. Of course they didn't have her size. I ask the girl working there in shoes do you have any size 7 shoes for my wife? She replied I don't Know I'm new. That's not the worst part of my trip. I than try to find someone else who could help me.I came across a girl in hunting clothing. I ask her about it she than went to the girl in shoes went into the back and left me standing there and help other customers instead of helping me. worst service ever. I went to walmart down the road and found shoes. Never coming back.
We just purchased our second Tracker ATV from them. Sara, Don, and John were great again. Our first unit is great but we were new to owning an ORV and they worked with us to until we knew all we could about our unit. The second time around the questions were more detailed. Due to the changing world there were a lot more phone calls and an after hours text to finish setting everything up we wanted. They had all the answers again. We are very happy with how we were treated and the products we got! Thank you all.
Love looking at everything they have, fun just to walk around.nThe prices are a little high if not on sale.
What's not to love. They have everything for outdoors. Do fun things for kids. Free Holiday photos. Great place to shop or browse.
