The pharmacy here is atrocious. Rude, condescending, and just generally not helpful at all. My insurance card didn't have my PCN/BIN and they were really rude about it so I got the correct info just for her to tell me my member ID isn't active. I literally saw a doctor this morning. Pretty sure she is typing it wrong. Getting medication should not be this difficult. I will fill these scripts (if they ever figure it out) and switch pharmacies. Highly recommend sending your scripts elsewhere.
I’ve never had a complaint with this place.
Called the Pharmacy at 2am. Spoke with Tim who was knowledgeable, helpful, and seemed genuinely concerned about my pink eye. If you're out there, Tim, it turned out to be viral, so I'm just gonna wait it out. Thanks for all the help!
Pharmacy tech could not handle multiple task at the same time. Took very long to get a simple script. Please handle one customer at a time. There is a line for a reason.
Great place. All staff are always helpful. And prices are very competitive.
