I had a problem with my tree.I put my tree up every year on Thanksgiving and well few branches was broke.I got the tree as a gift a little over a month ago and I know the policy.But just wanted to see if I can exchange even for a smaller one.i called here and Tina was very nice.She understood and was willing to help me.I did call the store which was 2626 Central Ave, Lake Station, IN 46405 the manager there was rude with me and I get it you need to follow policy.But just the way she was speaking to me she sounded as if she doesn't like her job at all.i felt as if I was speaking to a kid.I don't know why she is a manager there.But enough said about that location.Thank you very much Tina and Happy Holidays ud83dude0a
It's got amazing customer service and a quality vibe has everything at a fair price
I was so excited to have bought a 8 ok of Scott's toilet paper and a jumbo of Scott's paper towel!! That lasts me the entire month. Great prices very good cashiers.
The people that work there are very nice but they are always out of everything and the place is always a wreck.
Such a great store, so many things to choose from
