I have called numerous times this week looking for parts for 6NZ and it’s been well into the late night early morning hours. The gal, Krystal they have working midnights has gone above and beyond to help find the parts I need. She has been the best parts person on midnights this location has had in a long time. She is always super friendly, courteous and absolutely does not give up until she finds what I’m looking for. I will go out of my way to call or stop at this location for parts hands down.

My truck went in their shop around 3:30 pm. For a clutch. Rod replacement. 9:00 pm my truck was outside done. 1:00 am. I was billed out and leaving. That was the first and last time anything I own will be worked on at glp.

I have been calling the past week and a half for parts for the small fleet of trucks I have. The young lady in parts, I believe her name was Crystal.. she has been amazing at helping me locate what I need. She has gone the extra mile and sent me diagrams for wiring harnesses so we can narrow down what pigtails I need.nShe has been super and patient while helping and sometimes these “silent workers” or midnight folks don’t get enough recognition for their hard work. By far one of the best parts people I have spoke with in such a long time.nI’ll be coming back for certain! Thanks again Crystal!
