Good car buying experience. Helpful, friendly people. Everyone seemed to work well together and that helped make it a good experience.nJermaine is a good salesman. He was patient and knowledgeable and I didn't feel pressured. I would definitely recommend this place. We drove from South Bend because I read the reviews and decided to check it out, so glad we did!

I had the best car buying experience ever at Castle Subaru in Portage. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I highly recommend going to Castle Subaru. My sales rep Shane was by far the best sales rep I have ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable and a absolute pleasure to work with. I received excellent service in the finance office as well. All around it was a very enjoyable experience and I have already recommend a couple of my friends and family members that are looking for vehicle to go check them out.

Worked with the social team to get a good idea of what kind of lease deal I could get. They had a record of everything when we went in so there was no hassle. Got the price I was hoping for and great service in record time! Would definitely recommend the whole team.
