Huge shout out to Mark Zaranski !!n2 weeks ago I fractured my right upper ribs and sprained my ankle while trying to catch my dog.nMark said he'd have me healed up in 2 weeks. My first session was the 21st. I finally followed doctor's orders completely. (Except for slowing down) Today on Jan 2nd I am operating at 95% !!!nHonestly, I thought I was going to be miserable for a month and possibly longer because I've worked full tilt the whole time. I am so thankful for his skills and friendship!!

I am a current patient at east winds, for going on three months now. I absolutely love the staff, they are all very amazing! I was nervous at first with the needles but after the 3-4 treatment I was much more relaxed and feeling the effects. My mom is also now a patient at east winds and I highly recommend it to anyone with stress, anxiety, depression, pain, wacked hormones, I have all of it and accupunture along with diet change and easy exercises has really made my life so much better.
