So, I went there to get subway and decided to get a snack. Went home and realized I lost my card. Called them, told them about it and they acted like they didn’t even care. They didn’t ask for my name or my number. I find that very fishy. Went there in person and told them about it again to a different person which she was very rude about it. Again she did not ask for my number or my name. Not going there again.

Always one of the cheapest gas outlets along I-94 with fairly easy on and off. Pump area is covered and windshield washing fluid, squeegee and paper towels are always functional. Subway and McDonald's are available in addition to a well stocked convenience store. Restrooms are large and clean.

Substantially better option than the nearby TA, though not in every way. Personally I think the TA has much nicer showers and its a lot less busy, good for a more quiet stop.nBut the Pilot is overall a lot cleaner, and has much faster food employees. The subway here is spotless, the employees there are very friendly and get your sandwich made quickly. The mcdonalds as well is the best in the local area, to the extent i would regularly drive to this mcdonalds rather than the one right in town because the one here has actual competent employees working in it.nThe bathrooms are kept clean, like any pilot theyre proper enclosed stalls.nThe cashiers are friendly if youre friendly to them, like with anyone. You will definitely get a tired vibe from a few of them but consider that theyre working in a pretty busy place every single day. I go to this location nearly every other day and so long as youre polite and friendly, youll get polite and friendly right back.nnI drove a truck for a while and only came here with the truck very rarely, as i drove for a company that didnt let me fuel at these locations. But from my brief experience on that side, the lot is clean, well lit and easy to move around in. It is not quiet however, its a flat field between you and I94.
