I can't say enough good things about this place. Came from out of town to camp at Indiana Dunes for few days. While backing my camper in, I blew a rear brake line. Called Jims and they gave us a ride to and from the shop and repaired the line at a very reasonable price!! Nicest folks I've met in a while and they know their stuff about auto maintenance!! Saved our vacation!!
Jim's Auto Maintenance & Repair accepted our car from a tow after a catastrophic engine failure late last Friday afternoon. We're from out of town and we found them to be accommodating, honest and reliable.nnThey took a look at our car, performed the indicated repairs and allowed us to work through the balance of what turned out to be a warranty repair situation.nnA big shout out to Shawn @ Joe's Towing, too, for recommending them. Both firms - Joe's Towing & Jim's Auto - couldn't have treated us better to keep us moving forward on our journey.nnPlease place your business there. I believe that you'll be glad you did.
Helped me out when I had an issue with my tire coming lose. They were closed when I arrived and offered to help out regardless. Incredibly appreciative for a quick check and tightening for the lug nuts on all of my tires. Would absolutely recommend.
I would like to thank! Doug and Kim along with his crew for helping me out with my car. Doug and Kim not only took the time to service my vehicle but also help with locating a rental and driving me there personally to pick up my car.
