I bought my Kia Forte here, brand new in 2016. I had excellent customer service, never pressured and never disrespected. Unfortunately, I was in car accident in October and they totaled my Forte. I loved that car!! Because of the great customer service and with the help of Jim, the service manager over the years, is the reason I came back and bought a 2021 K5 Gt. This car rocks and Reginald was a great help to get me back in a Kia. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car, great deals and great customer service! I ordered my 2021 Telluride with Bosak Kia and it was perfect from start to finish. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and was never pressured to alter from that! When it finally arrived I was out of there in just over an hour. Zach (my salesman) made sure to have everything ready to go because I was coming straight from work and had to pick up my kid at a certain time. Love love love the experience at Bosak Kia of burns harbor!
