I wasn't sure what to expect from a dealership on Indiana I found online...but all I xan say is WOW!nWhen I did the online chat box with a car we likes, immediately the manager called me from her home after hours. Who does that? She was so warm and kind and accommodating. The next day the wheels were set in motion...and they alovernighted the documents and when my bank wire went out. They even took care of car delivery...which was only $550 to my door. The cheapest I could find was $850. Their document fee was $169 when Wiscons was $399. All my questions were answered and they have a 2 day.209 mile guarantee from time of delivery. They had the best Toyota Highlander Prices of any from FB Markwtplace or online anywhere in yhe US...believe me I checked. I will go here first for new or used future purchases. What a breath of fresh air! 110% love these people!

I highly recommend Lake Shore Toyota's Service Department for all of your servicing and maintenance needs. I am so thrilled to have serviced my Toyota 4Runner with Lake Shore's service department! From beginning to end, my vehicle was well taken care of. They were all friendly, thoughtful, and very helpful with any questions I had. The quality and attention to detail to my Toyota 4Runner was incredible. They took extra safety measures to ensure, I was safe and they were safe. Going the extra mile is what they did for me. Lauren was not only very accommodating and friendly, she is also very knowledgeable about the vehicles and their capabilities. I purchased a 2020 Toyota Camry and I love it! I highly recommend buying a Toyota and purchasing from Lauren at Bosak! She is top notch.

Lake Shore Toyota’s service department is the best. The service manager, Tom, is a complete professional and class act. The service writer I dealt with, Ethan, is as well. They are extremely reasonable on pricing and the service work performed was completed on time and flawlessly. I will never go anywhere else for service for my Toyota.

My wife and I were in the market of replacing our old, worn out truck with a new Tundra. Our sales consultant, Mike met us in the lot as we were looking at a truck. He was very friendly and not pushy at all, which is a huge positive. He listened to what we were looking for and took his time explaining the vehicle. We got a good offer on our trade in as well. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a Toyota to go to Lake Shore.
