Usually very satisfied with my service at lakeshore but my last visit not so much. Actual visit was great but noticed when I picked up my car there was no reminder sticker for next oil change attached to the windshield ok no big deal. But 3 days later my bottom engine cover was dragging and was only being held on by 2 screws.

I stopped by October 8 because of error code on my vehicle. They said they were too busy to take somebody off a job for 2 minutes to reset my error code.. They gave me a phone number which I called and I wasted almost an hour. The people of the other phone number said that it didn't give technical support. So waste time for an hour... I finally went to YouTube and Found a video on how to reset my error code... don't waste your time with this dealership...p.s. manager did. not care either.

Lake Shore Ford fixed my car after another ford dealership couldn't. They are very customer service oriented. They took care of my car quickly. They had to order the part but were able to let me have my car overnight. They are very nice and considerate. They kept me informed about what was happening with my car. I did not have to call them like I did the other dealership. I will always take my escape to Lake Shore Ford. I give them 5 huge stars. Thank you Lake Shore Ford.

Great customer service. Been going here for over 10 years and they've taken good care of my car/cars over the years. Waiting Area is pretty comfy with vending machines, a television& complimentary Biscoff Cookies, tea, coffee&water. Restrooms were clean.

I will never buy another Ford again!nThey do Not follow through with recalls.nThey would not fix the recall of downshifting. My life is important!
