ASK FOR ERIC!nnAfter 3 different dealerships I landed here and it was an entirely different experience from the time we walked in. Eric listened to me and that was the first time I felt genuinely heard and appreciated for coming in. Eric made the whole experience painless. I will add Chris was great too, honest and fair which I appreciated. The general manager was accommodating. I cannot say enough great things. Eric held my hand the whole way too, from start to finish. Even once the deal was finalized he was answering questions and making sure the transfer was smooth. It didn’t feel like just a sale, I plan to keep giving him and Bosak my business. I can’t say thank you enough.

If you are in need of a new vehicle please take the time to go to Bosak in Burns Harbor,IN and ask for Tori Kohen. Tori took the time to understand what I wanted and ensured we stayed in that range. Tori was truly a pleasure to work with. Tori cracked jokes with me and let me be my playful self without me feeling judged. Truly a great experience.

This was our second Nissan purchase. Tyree Speedy helped us so much with our first purchase that we made sure that he was there to help us again. Tyree went above and beyond to make sure that we left the dealership with a brand new vehicle that we were excited about and met our expectations. Chris Gilmore helped us with financing and paper work. Both gentleman were friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you guys for a great car buying experience. First time using Bosak Nissan since new ownership today! Had my 2016 Altima serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. I’ve used Bob Rhorman service many times before new ownership & used Southlake Nissan in Merrillville and I must say BOSAK has GREAT SERVICE by far! I was glad to be greeted by someone new in the service dept, Joe. He was very professional and took care of everything I needed. I was happy that Sam the manager, also honored my coupon from a different dealership! I appreciate the great service!
