I had a very pleasant experience with Northwest Indiana auto finance yesterday. I came into the office in a state of panic and told my situation. Moose was the first one I talked to and he was very polite and gave me a whole lot of encouragement during this time. He was very appropriate as he walked me through the steps and then the time came when it was time to find out if i got approved for a vehicle. Moose told me the very good news that I wanted to hear. I got approved and I went from years of frustration to tears of joy. Thanks to Northwest Indiana Auto, I am driving a 2018 Kia Soul. That was really an exciting day for me and my boyfriend. We are very happy with our new vehicle.
Got my first vehicle on my own. Moss was so helpful and great to give me the best deal. Great service, courteous, kind and very patient and understanding. Took awhile to get the paperwork done and took my test drive but it was worth it in the end. Thank you so much I appreciate all your help.
