Always good pizza and FAST!! I live like 3 minutes from Dominoes so I always order on line and pick it up. The whole process never takes more than 15 minutes and if you sign up on line you get a free pizza after 5 pizza orders. Use the coupon code they provide and you can get a medium pizza with 2 extra toppings for $6.00. You can't get a decent frozen pizza for 6 bucks!

So I place an order for delivery last night for a chicken taco pizza and a feta and spinach cheesy bread, when I open my boxes I realize I had not gotten what I ordered I got some weird spinach pizza with white sauce something very strange and the bread was just regular bread. The store was closed by the time I started eating so I couldn't call last night to let them know on my current situation. I called this morning and a very nice gentleman decided that he would remake my order and deliver it for free he even threw in some sauces for me gave me recommendations and how to eat this chicken taco pizza that I had been wanting to try so bad and everything was correct I even got a bigger size than what I ordered very fast very nice the exact way customer service should be handled. Every place is going to mess up, but it's how you fix the issue that matters.

If you would've asked me a few years ago what I thought about Domino's.... my response wouldn't have been all that great. But I tell you what.... lately, I really really cannot say enough about how awesome the food actually is now. Completely changed my thought about Domino's. If you are a pasta lover, you gotta try the chicken carbonara, and the sandwiches, definitely not too shabby I must say. Awesome awesome awesomeud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

The winner for worst customer service this week goes to Domino’s. I placed an order on Sunday October 4th at 1:33 pm and 40 minutes after placing the order it was still not started. I was told by the employee that they were extremely understaffed. This is not really an excuse to tell customers or good for repeat business.nnWhere is the management for this place? I cancelled my order and went elsewhere. I’ll never come here again.

Havnt eaten Domino's in awhile because I was less than impressed. Gave it another chance last night. First no delivery option on line. Then an hour and a half to be delivered.nIt was cold. And didn't offer any compensation because of late delivery the cold food and had to call it in. And called twice to see where my food was. Top it off we are sick today from eating it. Will never order from there again. What is upseting is a business not making up for the bad service.nAnd no apology .......
