So much better than it used to be. Did not care for the pizza sauce. However, I'm giving Howie's 4 stars because of past experiences. I stopped going for 2 years and decided to give them another chance. My last visit was a 5 star visit
I love Hungry Howies because it is like a box of chocolates, You don't know what your going to get. What I mean is every time I order from them I receive a random order which I did not place. Now, this isn't so negative as I do like to try a variety of pizza. The pizza is good, service is usually 20 minutes behind the quoted time. Therefore arrive a little late, be patient and enjoy your random Pizza. I am a paying customer and this review was not part of a promotion. Enjoy.
I enjoyed the two topping deep dish. With butter cheese crust. I'll be back.
Absolutely horrible service. Order pizza for delivery they told us 45 minutes. My wife just called up there after almost two hours, and they said they're just now getting ready to package it. Update- after now waiting over 2 hours for food, they just called to say they made it wrong and it would be even more of a wait. So we're forced to cancel our order because it is now 11 at night. This place is a joke.
So i couldnt order on line, well then i would just have to call, i call and listen to a recording of how good there pizza is for 45 min ...sure would've been nice to find out !! If u guys cant do online pizza ordering if there r problems then at least don't have custoners call and sit on line forever, this place really needs to get its act together...makes me wonder if there that bad at customer service, how r they caring how they put pizza and food products together?!?! Pappa Johns here i come, got right through on line!!
