Its hard to find a good pizza place around the local area and these guys are killing it. The sauce is great and the crust is crisp ud83dudc4c. We will defently be back!
I ordered a pizza, picked it up and took it home. It was wrong. The ticket was correct but the pizza was wrong. I called them and they were very apologetic. They said we will put the correct pizza in right away and come and pick it in 20 minutes. I thought that was fair. I was there in 15 minutes. When I got home the pizza was obviously just left in the warmer at the store. Meaning, the pizza I was supposed to receive was the one I got 25 minutes after I was supposed to. But, I’m sure the people that were suppose to get the wrong pizza they gave me received a piping hot pizza. SAD BUSINESS. I’ve picked up and had delivered hundreds of pizzas in my 51 years. Pandemic or not, just bad business. Rosati’s is much more professional. I will not be back. The sauce may be the boss, but customer service apparently is not. Joe is turning over in his grave. Shameful
It's five star pizza in my book. I love it but it's too far to travel for it. Valparaiso isn't to far but kinda far for a bite. 34 miles one way but were usually in the area when we order from them.
When I ordered the pizza the man in the other end was swearing. I placed an order and I had a coupin and the person in the phone tried to argue that they didn't take any coupon that I was talking about. The man kept having issues with the computer and swearing and cussing as he was venting his frustrations. I placed my order and I wanted it to be made available at a future time and when I said a time he wrote it down and as I changed it he hung up. I get the pizza and I inspect the pizza before paying and the gentlemen behind the counter just stared at me as a inspected my pizza would not buy again.
