If I could give 100 minus zeros I would .. Amanda Is very unprofessional . HORRIBLE!!! I have Uploaded pictures to the photo area.. First time she did an OK job we did have to return however to have her re-tone but in the end we’re satisfied.. thisnsecond time my daughter went back Came back with pictures of the full highlights she did last time and pictures of other hair that was similar just to clarify she knew what my daughter wanted (bright Cool blonde highlights is what was agreed-upon). she agreed upon a price with my daughter to deliver what she asked for (bright ash blonde ) her menu says for highlights starting at $85 We paid $115 plus a $30 cash tip for Highlights ONLY!!! What my daughter received was spread apart tiger stripes and A beigey orangish yuck color!!! Everybody who seen it thinks it’s disgusting.. Her excuse was the toner give it a couple days. I Sent pictures to Amanda within two days with my daughters hair be done in fairness waiting for toner to calm down only to have the hair uglier than hell. Contacted Amanda to let her know we were extremely unsatisfied, could we please come in because my daughter was in tears could not walk around the way she look without her hair up in a bun it was that disgusting. Amanda refused to see us until the end of the month. Upon which she said and by that time it will of been four weeks I will have to charge you full price again. I have all the pictures. And screenshots of our conversations. We had to drive all the way to Chicago to have my daughters hair fixed Color correction and highlighted properly. The owners of that Chicago were appalled by Amanda’s work ... The salon took pictures And are using it as a color correction advertisement for their salon. That’s how bad it was. Thank you Amanda taking money from my 18 year old daughter and telling her “she got what she could afford and paid for”. Everybody makes mistakes Amanda but it’s how you handle your mistakes in life. Seriously very unprofessional
