Planet Fitness

I recently moved here from Indianapolis and I needed to switch to this gym as my main gym. On top of that my fiancé and I recently opened joint bank accounts and I closed my original bank that was connected to my planet fitness auto monthly payment and I needed to get that fixed too. The girl at the front desk was so extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help me get everything resolved. The manager at this location was really friendly and helpful too. They were both patient, understanding, kind, and all around helpful in a situation that most people would have been huffy and annoyed about. What a great first impression and such great customer service. I’m excited to use this gym on a regular basis!

Kind of done with this place and the hour changes. I used to be able to workout after work without hardly anyone there (11-1am) and now im forced to either skip or when im off go to a packed gym at a time I didn't want to be there.

First experience at a Planet Fitness. Using the Black Card membership I tried the massage chair and the tanning booth. The chair was alright for lower back, other than that not too impressed. I did like the tanning booth though. They also seem like they're doing a good job cleaning equipment.

Very nice environment to work out, plenty of nice new machines to use and very friendly staff!
