Sacred is the feeling when you walk into One Yoga with the sweet smells of sage and beautiful atmosphere.. Sherri is well intune with your needs and is a very hands on instructor who speaks wisdom from her heart. If you want to grow then this is the place for you..

Mr.lurch my school stupid lunch aid needs to come to this classs after his shift. He yells. He SCREAMS. He prosists. HE NEEDS HELP. Unfortunalty Dr.Phil is not availble. It helped me very much and thats why I think he needsit.

This studio is everything I've looked for. The space is bright, friendly, and absolutely breath taking. It's a feeling of serenity and relaxation as soon as you walk in. I was able to try my first class, and afterwards Sherri had wheatgrass shots waiting for us to try. She's definitely creating a space of love and community. I just wanted to stay and hang out afterward! The boutique and items for sale are also so so awesome! It's obvious they put time into each item they've chosen for the shelves. My second class they had lavender lemon water-yummy! The teachers are great, and really make you feel like they loved having you with them in class.nnLovely lovely place.
