HIIT has been something I have recommended to clients of mine for years, simply for its proven physiological benefits.nnI was thrilled when F45’s doors opened last year in Valpo and have been with them since the beginning. Lynette Murphy is an exceptional leader, coach and person. The variance of the workouts leaves you with the perfect amount of novel soreness the day after. They have strength, cardio and mixed days. Easy packages. Very much so worth the money if you consider the fact that your health is the most important investment you can make. The environment is great. The gym is great. You’ll eventually end up looking amazing too as a by product and no one hates that. Absolutely a good choice to commit to this and improve your life.
What I love about the F45 Valpo location are that the lead coaches are all very professional and make you feel like a family/ community. The Valpo location is extremely professional and have a no judgment when it comes to abilities.
I joined F45 about a month ago and I am completely addicted. The gym is very clean and the coaches are great!
