First time going to a beginners yoga class and it was AMAZING!!! Absolutely loved the environment and the instructors were so kind and helpful! This place is wonderful. You can pay per class (which is a must for me with my crazy schedule) and everyone is warm and inviting. You'll get a good workout. love it.

My go to spot for yoga in the Vale. Teaching is solidly grounded in the BKS Iyengar style and methods. But is modern and fun too. Dana, Danielle & Dani are all great!
