Nice store and very friendly staff. Always knowledgeable and helpful
I feel like the service here has really gone down hill. Although there are several pharmacists who try to be helpful when they can, the evening/night pharmacist doesn’t seem to be very patient. I always feel rushed with her and I feel like she does not want to do any more than she has to for the customer. I dread pulling up to see she is working. I wish she seemed to enjoy her job more than she does. I know this is a busy store without enough staff but sometimes acting like you care makes all the difference and then people don’t mind waiting! Smile and try to enjoy the job!
Prescriptions are never ready when you need them. Had a refill sent over 5 days ago and went to pick it up and it was still not ready. Another time had a script for my daughter sent there, and knowing it takes a while I waited 4 hours to go pick it up and they still said it wasn’t ready and I had to wait another hour. It’s like they wait for you to show up and then get your medication ready for you. Ridiculous. The inconvenience of going to a non 24h pharmacy will be better than every one of my experiences here.

If I could rate ZERO I WOULD!!! This place is so ridiculous!! I had scripts called in 3 weeks ago and they are not ready when I come to get them? What even??? I never had a prb one with Walgreens!!nIf it wasn’t for my Ins demanding we use CVS! I would NEVER GO HERE!!! Now I’m in line behind 15 cars after being at the window and being told to drive back around!!! I do not recommend this location or the customer service they have here!! Go elsewhere if you can!!
