Personality is key to making a great first impression, The staff are great and show interest in helping customers. The cashier is always trying to inform and keep u up to speed on things. Sales , etc.nI was there yesterday with my two daughters and was very impressed by the staffnGreat job management u rock . And the cashier was a 10. She knows her job.
It's somewhat disappointing to see how much they're charging for their merchandise, knowing how little they're buying it for. Of course, I'd rather buy name brand clothes in like-new condition from Plato's Closet than buy them new for a lot more. But the people who are buying them new for a lot more and selling them to Plato's for next to nothing should be earning more for their things if Plato's is going to turn around as sell it for so much.... Just my opinion. Aside from that, they've got a good selection of clothing and accessories. Plenty of different styles, brands, and sizes.
Clean options. Great atmosphere. Fair pricing for quality if items available. Very organized inventory which is awesome for a resale store.
I am not quite sure why someone with my name left a one-star review! I figured I would clear it up and leave a review in my own actual name! I usually just sell here, but occasionally I will shop as well. I’ve had nothing but great experiences! Lots of awesome name-brand clothing options for good prices and the staff are all very friendly.
Came into Plato’s closet to sell items and was told it was going to 2 hours. Came back after 2.5 and they were not done yet even though I got a text confirming they were done. When I went to the cashier I was ignored and they were to busy to help other customers. Since the covid situation I have found that Their customer service went down.
