They really know what they're doing. From fitting to insurance.
Purchased prothesis and bras, they told me I had to pay upcharge on my purchase saying my insurance will not pay 100%. When I recieved my insurance statement it showed Isabella was paid 100%. The manager would not return my $30.00 upcharge saying I owed that amount. Still don't know what the upcharge is for when they were paid in full by insurance. I will never go to that store again. Be careful of the upcharge fee.
Mom got fitted for a new prosthesis, she felt very comfortable with her lady that fitter her. They are very helpful and nice. We highly recommend this store!! Thank you!!
This shop measured and sold me the incorrect bra size two times. When I spoke to the woman on the phone she said I would receive 50% off for a replacement item because of their return policy. I went in to do an exchange and I was informed that I was told the incorrect information. They gave me a minimal discount instead. It is not my fault that your employees do not know the policy. Very disappointed, I ended up going to a shop in downtown Chicago and was miles away from the measurement that Isabella Boutique gave me. Will not shop nor recommend this boutique to anyone.
