I popped in for a quick oil change. I was greated promptly and served well. Based on the obvious introverted personality that this employee had, I appreciate her being warm and affable.nWe bonded over a shared fandom of Toyota as a brand.nThe people doing the work seemed very concerned with not putting the wrong type of oil in my vehicle. It appears they have had an issue with tech manuals being wrong. This wasnt said to me, but rather overheard by me prior to the oil being put in the vehicle.nnI saw the issue they had with the Graves family after recieving the oil change. I picked up on the 1 star barrage when I read the names. I can tell you, they are VERY concerned with not repeating that issue. I didnt have a problem, so, I have no idea if the manager is a douche, lets hope I never find out.nnIn conclusion, I will be back...I will also recommend them to anyone who asks. I appreciated the no nonsense way they handled themselves and the fact that things were double checked before they happened.nnOil & Go ( or whatever they call themselves now) may make you feel better with hospitality and pac-man, but, they keep forgetting things like putting the plug back in before filling the car with oil.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I went to Oil Quickly on October 16th to get a routine oil change. Exactly a month and a half later (well within the expected due date back) I get a “low oil volume” alert on my Ford Fusion. I got to check the dip stick and it’s bone dry. I got to take it in to them and they claim they have nothing to do with why my oil is empty or the issues with the car. I got underneath to see that the same oil filter from my previous oil change was still on the car, meaning it had never been serviced. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

Price fair, speed good. Somehow they were out of regular oil for my car so had to get high mileage for about $15 more. How does an oil place not have conventional 10w-30??
