Manager gave me a rough time cause I returned a part under a different number
Two years ago I wrote a negative review but I updated it now because they have fixed the following Issues: Poor service. Too many customers per employees. No teamwork. Cashier couldn't even get register to work. Left and went to O'Reilly'snnThank you for improving your quality service!
Helpful people needed new antenna for vehicle they also installed it.

Tommy at the Valpo store was great! He tested my battery to make sure it was the problem, helped me choose the best battery for my vehicle, and even changed it out for me! It was cold and really windy but he did not care about the bad weather, he only cared about helping a customer. I even tried to tip him $20 for helping me with the replacement but he would not take it, he was only concerned about the customer experience and the reputation of the company. AutoZone must be doing something right to have such friendly and dedicated employees. Thanks again for the help Tommy and AutoZone!
