Randy was the salesman who helped get into my perfect truck. He and the rest of the staff were great. They were able to work with me on getting a great price and I was able to sign off and drive away in my new truck in a fraction of the time it takes at other dealerships and without all of hassle you typically have to deal with when purchasing a vehicle. I will be going back to Paul Sur for my next vehicle.
My experience with Paul Sur was nothing but positive. I had drove 4-5hrs from Evansville IN to trade in my car for a vehicle on their lot. Upon arrival, I was kindly greeted by Ernest and Mike, and asked how they could help. Before test driving the car I was interest in, both Ernest and Mike were honest and upfront about the Catalytic Converter needing to be replaced and the car was only running at about half power. However, with that being said, they ensured satisfaction and guaranteed the part to be replaced before delivering the vehicle, and made sure the rest of my time was worth the drive.nnAfter returning home, Ernest kept in constant contact about the state of vehicle, that everything was being taken care of. My car was shipped within 4-5 days and was running at full power as expected. Once shipped Ernest also notified me that the tire pressure sensor had went out, and that the sensor was already being shipped to my address. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
