Excellent customer service and a huge selection of inventory! This dealership was friendly and took their time working with me on keeping within budget. I want to express my appreciation to the service department at Currie Motors of Valparaiso Indiana! Especially to the service manager Roger, service counter man Garrett and to the service technician/technicians that fixed my wife's 2014 Flex! I was in & out of there in less than an hour and a half! They went above & beyond & contacted the Ford customer satisfaction department & were able to get my service covered under warranty! I will definitely be bringing all of my future automotive needs to Currie motors! While I was there, I also purchased a really cool Ford Bronco plasma cut metal sign!!! Thanks again fellas!
These guys really went out of their way to make a deal happen that I don't believe from my experience any other dealer would have done. I have had many experiences with car dealers and it seems like no matter what you always seem to lose somehow, Frank, Moe, Isaiah, and Adam really went out of their way to make the car buying experience a good one, and to make sure we were happy with our deal. This is the second vehicle I have bought there in just over a month, and they will be my go to dealership from now on ! Thanks Guys my wife and I couldn't be happier!
We were in the area and stopped in to schedule an appointment on a recall item for our F250 truck late on Saturday thinking we would schedule for the following week. However, Larry said “we could help you right now if you have the time”. We didn’t want to impose late on a Saturday but Larry insisted that they could have the recall item fixed immediately, because that was best for the truck. We were shocked how quickly and efficient they were to accommodate us! He told us about an hour, and we were back in our truck within 40 minutes!! Thanks so much Larry!! Keep up the great work!
