McDonald's

Pretty fast for as packed as they were and the lobby not being open.. burger not hot but tasted good, fries were very good and hot. Asked for half sweet have unsweetened tea was so-so it had 3 pieces of ice.

When I began my order I was immediately cut off with rude service as if the guy was having a bad day. I've never had a harder time ordering 2 happy meals for my boys. After being rushed I realized I paid for 3 happy meals. Not only were the cheeseburgers wrong but I ended up with 6 kids fries. I hope this guy doesn't last as it seems he doesn't care for his job.

For starters I want the state I am giving the location and management of said location one star as for the rest of the McDonald's as a franchise it's McDonald's. Problems number one my order is simple a double hamburger ketchup lettuce onion that's it it's not rocket science... Apparently this location cannot get it right The receipt is right always the food is wrong I don't know where the malfunction is is it management not teaching the cooks is it the fact that the cooks can't read I don't know this particular location always gets my food wrong. However to to probably most of your surprises Management is usually very polite kind and apologetic about the wrong order and it's usually fixed the first time... Yes this location has gotten my order wrong three times in a row in the same visit and the same 20 minute. They've been this way for the last several years I've written complaint cards written corporate no response no change. The location further down the road in Valparaiso near Menards will get a five-star rating for me they're wonderful they've never screwed up my food at that location it's just the location on Calumet avenue I don't know what it is. I could understand if the receipt is wrong the ticket on the burger is wrong but those are all right and this has been through a combination of in-person orders before the lockdown and app order and they're still getting it wrong and I'm punching it on the phone correctly hopefully management will see this and work on fixing it every time I go back hoping it's fixed and I am not surprised because nothing has changed. I don't know who is the blame whether it's corporate management the managers or the employees something's wrong at that location guys fix it please. I look forward to hopefully being able to update the review someday to or more positive one.

Boy how many of these can you post about. I've been to a guesstimate of around 3000 different McDonald's and only had an issue with less then a handful

My favorite Go to , Always like the Bacon , Egg, Cheese Biscuit. Yummy.
