If I could leave 0 stars I would. Several MONTHS after trying to file my taxes they are STILL not properly filed. First they didn’t finish them in time so I lose out on the extra stimulus money for my child to my ex wife. Now I’m being told I owe back taxes and have been incurring fees, but nothing is actually finalized and properly filed. I was told my taxes were ‘difficult’ and put to the bottom of a pile. The person working on my return was let go, the person taking over for her saw a ‘difficult’ return and put to the bottom of a new pile. I have been patient waiting for this to be resolved but was told YET AGAIN my taxes are still not filed appropriately. Do yourself a favor and go to Jackson Hewitt. If you find yourself thinking about using this h and r block RUN in the other direction.

Highly commendable in everyway. I trust Mrs Jacqueline Harding who's been helping me for years. My son has been using her services too since I convinced him to see her.
