Whatever you do do NOT see Cheryl at the valpo office. I do my own taxes now because of the horrible experience I am dealing with 2 years later after she amended my tax return and put in the wrong values. My second experience with her at the valpo office last year she had the worst attitude when I told them I wanted my paperwork back as I was not going to file with them, and tried to refuse to give me my own tax documents back. Try to do taxes yourself and if you can't bypass her at all cost.

I have been with H & R for many years now. I am sure there are many easier ways to complete my taxes either myself or online. I feel more relaxed knowing your company has my back if something goes wrong. Thank You for all the good service over the years.
