I filled my taxes here April 1st and I promise I will never use this place again. I have been using a different company for years but due to Covid-19 I used this place because they were open. Now the problem is when they filed my taxes, the feds sent my return back saying that there was a mistake made and they needed to correct it. Instead of fixing and resubmitting they let it just sit and did nothing. I called their corporate number and let's just say they didnt act concerned at all. They stated that Rosolyn my tax person was trying to called me which was a lie not one missed call or voicemail. Now stimulus checks are being deposited I will not be recieving mine. The people here act like it's no big deal and only offered an apology. I will never use Jackson Hewitt and and will stick with HnR block... Thanks for nothing !
