Wish there was a way to give a negative star rating. Obnoxious employees and order completely messed up. They would get better service and results by firing all their current employees and hiring chickens to do the work. Worst McDonald’s of all time
My boyfriend said FRESH FRIES they were cold! Not even warm. Call just for them to act like they can’t hear us and be rude. Just shut down lmao. The workers are rude as hell.
When I ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries, I said to make it fresh. We were told to pull aside and wait. There we waited 10 minutes before I was able to ask how long we had to wait (person parked beside me for about 2 minutes and got their food). I was told some people were waiting 20 minutes. When the food came, the burgers were cold. Literally cold to the touch, cheese was not melted and 1 patty on a McDouble! Not worth going back for sure. Too bad I had left to head home before discovering this. It went in the trash.
Tried going through drive through, 5 til 8. We were told they weren't taking orders due to short staff(they said not until 8 ud83dude44), even though there were two cars in line in front of us waiting to pay and get their food. Tried calling for a manager and a Hispanic(relevant only for the store owner/management to know who is running their store like this) guy said one moment and hung up on me. I tried calling back and they had taken the phone off the hook. Hadn't noticed beforehand the amount of negative reviews here, but it makes sense. Keep going down the road to burger King or taco bell. Would give 0 stars if I could.
