Train with Eben Register! Very knowledgeable. Safe, healthy functional fitness training for all body types and ages. I've been training with Eben for years. This gym is great with social distancing and Covid 19 sanitation. Small gym, clean. All new equipment.
Matt is the best massage therapist in the game today!! When the Wife or I need bodywork he is the only person we trust! Jen is a hell of a strength Coach! As a strength coach in Portland she is the only person I recommend outside of my own gym, two of the best people I know! In good hands with Matt and Jen!
Good and experienced trainers, good equipment, not a ton of room but they're considering an expansion into an adjacent space.
If you want a great no nonsense gym, Iron Mecca is the place for you. There are trainers for everything from weight loss to competitive lifting. Drop in and say hi.
Awesome trainers who love working with people and all body types can feel comfortable here. They work with you and your goals. For some it isn't about bulking up, but instead, not falling down. I look forward to going to the gym.
