Nice CrossFit gym with good coaching.

How has this place not been rated yet?nnI moved to the area, checked out three Crossfit gyms, and decided that this was the spot for me. Workouts are good. They are posted online so you know what to expect. I really like that time is spent working on skills instead of just WOD'ing the whole time. I look forward to the progress I'll make here

I love being a member here.nAwesome coaches that give super clear instruction and really help.nGreat group of people of supportive people to work out with.nThursday barbell classes and open gym on Sunday mornings are also a huge bonus.

I loved going to this box, there were several around where I was staying but I went here first. I ended up going back 3 times. The members were very welcoming and friendly...loved the 7's workout on the 4th of July.

Been coming here for over a year now. Great coaches and people challenging you to do what you didn't think was possible.
