I see Solera for Pilates and find her instruction detailed and customized to my particular challenges one of which is Osteoporosis. I’m continually getting stronger and I love the way Pilates makes me feel. Solera is kind and respectful in her approach, which I really appreciate.

I'm so glad I found Solara! She has a profound understanding of the body's mechanics of movement. Since beginning private pilates with her I have less chronic pain and I feel more comfortable and confident in knowing what kind of movement my body needs. I don't injure myself with exercise anymore. I think her work is equivalent to physical therapy, very dialed in. Her location is convenient, she's got a great sense of humor, not snooty about pilates whatsoever. Highly recommend.

2 years ago-nI feel 15 years younger! I started Pilates with Solara Jean about three months ago, twice a week every week. I used to go to the chiropractor every week for my back but not anymore! My chronic back pain is gone! Prior to Solara's expert, unparalleled tutelage, I had injured my rotator cuffs weight lifting about 18 months ago. I could not lift my arms straight over my head without pain. After one month the pain was gone and I have regained full mobility! I simply am astounded at the changes in middle aged body by only an hour workout twice a week. My stamina has increased, I've lost three inches off my waist, and my mood is near an all time high.nnI've had many instructors and coaches in my life. Wrestling, grad school, flight instructors etc. Nobody is a better teacher than Solara. She is simply gifted. She tailors her sessions to your specific individual needs in real time with immediate feedback. I continue to take one on one lessons from Solara several times a month and I am STILL increasing my flexibility and strength. If you have to do just one work out, this is IT. It only takes 10 minutes a day and maybe once a week session to fine tune your technique to make a happier, healthier new you!
