Northwest Women's Fitness & Personal Training

This is the only gym that I have ever looked forward to going to. The staff are very friendly and have always made me feel welcome. The team training classes are awesome (especially boxing) and the personal trainers are great. I’ve worked with three different trainers at various times, and they all have been very motivating and helpful. I love the smaller, women only vibe and I feel the environment is very warm and positive. This place feels like a spa, with a lovely locker room, sauna and light room. There is no way I’ll ever go back to big box, corporate, co ed fitness.

The staff made me feel completely comfortable in an environment I'm not accustomed to. HUGE space, a lot of new machines!!

Just enjoyed a stellar massage, safely with masks. Love my gym.
